Our hypnotherapy sessions feel a lot like meditation, but the difference is that we render a solution that resolves the presented issues’ symptoms, as well as release the ties from its origins. As in, think meditating with a sprinkle of problem solving!
Our hypnotherapy programs are delivered via group or one-on-one sessions. Some super helpful (and neat!) quick mentions:
You will be fully aware throughout the sessions
You will be in control during the process
We will typically work towards a 6-week program
Meditation or Hypnotherapy?
Behavioural and/or thought pattern changes are some of the most common uses of hypnotherapy.
For example: if you’re interested in promoting positive mindset then meditation is a great option. In contrast, if you’re hoping to create comfort through depression relief with your group then hypnotherapy can be a great starting point. We can still reinforce with meditation after to continue growing from our resolution.
