Serving those who serve. This is our great honour. Our 2021 Impact:
Our Mission
We honour and support Canadian frontline service groups by creating opportunities for accessible, inclusive, stigma-free, creative and result-driven mental health services and wellness resources through evidence-based practices of counselling, clinical therapy, support programs and therapeutic camping.
Our mission is crucial to promoting and preserving the mental health, physical health and well-being of some of our nation’s most essential yet vulnerable peoples.
Our Vision
Improve the health and welfare of frontline service workers and families.
Our Values
Creating Accessibility:
We recognize the social, workplace and environmental factors that create barriers against frontline service members in accessing mental health support and we pledge to optimize our services through creative and innovative channels to deliver impactful services.
Inclusivity Involvement:
We acknowledge our nation’s diverse wellness and healing needs, and we intend to amplify inclusivity by introducing clinically designed, holistic mind-body therapeutic modalities, as well as varying program delivery methods in order to provide a meaningful experience for all.
Embracing Diversity:
We embrace the unique personal journeys as part of each of our frontline service members and we promise to remain responsive, positive and judgment-free to all those we support.
Respecting Our Indigenous Peoples:
We recognize the long history of our Indigenous peoples and we continue to show our gratitude and respect to our land’s ancestors as their advocates and allies. We continue to learn about our Indigenous communities’ teachings and culture.
Invitation to Innovation:
We believe in the value of growth and evolution, and we strive to improve and evolve our services through interdisciplinary research and development in the areas of neuroscience, psychology, technology, engineering, education, social work, arts and culture.
