july | Self Guided Meditations
The Wellness Camper team welcomes you to the self-guided meditation practice, which is a weekly program running in July.
A new audio track will be released for you to enjoy at the start of each week. We are also here to connect in case you have any questions throughout your wellness journey.
Here are a few tips to help you get started.
Enjoy the audio track in a private and quiet location. Use of earbuds and in a relaxed seating position is helpful.
Listen to the audio track once or more a day to help exercise and practice positive mindsets presented.
Complement your meditation with relaxing activities before or after (e.g. warm bath, yoga, nature walk) to elevate your experience.
Be sure to listen in on our Welcome Audio before you swoosh into your journey and practice. Enjoy and be well.

2022 is the year we start to heal from the stresses of the pandemic, nurture our minds, as well as create an abundance of resilience individually and communally.
